  • Nutrition (Meal Prep) portion control containers kit to keep your food portioned out on a daily basis
  • 50 percent of total plan for 90 days is due up front (50% is non refundable) with remaining due mid term. NOTE: This is a commitment and creating a lifestyle change not temporary fix

  • Couples sessions just add $150 month for your spouse (EX. $249 package it would be $399 for both for month)

    Interval Training Groups
    Research shows that interval training workouts increases fitness and burns more calories over a short period of time than traditional cardio workouts. Interval training is alternate periods of high-intensity exercise with low-intensity recovery periods.
    Abs & Glutes Groups
    Who doesn't want awesome ABs and GLUTES! This group is specifically for you if you want to get a great burn and learn the true benefits of working your core. Don't forget, ultimately your ABs are made in the kitchen!
    Circuit Training Groups
    Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. You will definitely love this group!
    Running & Walking Groups
    Whether you are an experienced runner or a walker, we have a workout for you! We would love for you to join us and connect with our community because let's face it, running and walking is more fun with others!

    (Pilates & Yoga)
    PiYo is a hybrid, athletic workout, which combines the mind/body practices of yoga and Pilates, as well as the principles of stretch, strength training, conditioning and dynamic movement. This class is for everyone from beginner to the experienced!
